Airport Information
If you are traveling by air, we recommend that you fly into the Tri-Cities Airport (PSC).

Please note, if you choose to fly into the Seattle Airport (SEA) or the Spokane Airport (GEG) it will be a four hour and two hour drive to the Tri-Cities respectively.
Transportation
We are providing transportation between the Courtyard Richland Columbia Point and the wedding venue. For those who would like to drive themselves, parking will be available at the venue.

We recommend renting a car if you are interested in exploring the area or having transportation within the Tri-Cities. The following codes can be used for a car rental discount at Avis and Budget:

Both Uber and Lyft are available but only a limited number of drivers serve the area.​
Hotels
We have reserved a room block at the Courtyard Richland Columbia Point from Friday, September 26, 2025 through Sunday, September 28, 2025 (two nights). The rooms are available for a discounted rate of $175/night. Rooms can be reserved online through this link or the link below and must be booked by August 27, 2025.
Alternative hotels we recommend are the Lodge and Townplace Suites. Both of these properties are within walking distance (5 minutes or less) of where the venue transportation will pick up and drop off.
